ClearLane Freight is a freight brokerage service. We do not ship or transport goods ourselves; we coordinate transportation on your behalf through licensed, third-party motor carriers.

How Shipments Are Arranged

Once you submit a quote request, we will work to identify available carrier capacity for your specific shipment. Final pickup and delivery timing, equipment type, and transit details are confirmed directly with you and the assigned carrier for each individual load, not through this website.

Transit Times

Transit times vary based on origin, destination, carrier availability, and market conditions, and are provided as estimates only unless otherwise confirmed in writing for a specific shipment.

Cargo Claims

In the event of loss, damage, or delay during transit, claims should be filed in accordance with the applicable bill of lading and the carrier's cargo insurance terms. Contact us at trimmedrecovery@gmail.com for assistance directing a claim.
